- Questionnaire: To understand the event goals and audience needs
- Brief meeting: Proper discussion on the event with event coordinators to align on presentation content and delivery
- Dry run: Attend dry run setup by event coordinator to prep on co-ordination for the event
- Review: Review with coordinator in between slots to ensure changes are noted
- Delivery: Ensure excellent delivery in presentation
- Feedback: Schedule phone calls and send emails to attendees to get feedback on event
- Insights: Provide insights through articles, podcasts or social media posts on the success of the event
